Family is consisted of mother, father and their children. It’s connected with biological, emotional, social and economic ties. It’s a strong association among family. It is the smallest social unit. This union be kept alive in a powerful and healthy way, it is possible with the versatile communication, cooperation and interaction between members. Family members should cooperate with each other, it is to ensure the development of the family in every way. Weaving made in the familly and contributing to the productionis an example of cooperation within the family. Weaving in Buldan is done in a room or floor of the family's house. The aim of this study is to discuss the collaboration of parents who weaving in Buldan. In this context, it focused on issues were current situation of the family businesses in Buldan and cooperate with each other individuals within the family. The study was limited to interviews with individuals working in weaving plant and factory. A survey was applied to data collection techniques and presented as tables. In the first part of the study, information is given about family cooperation and weaving in Buldan. In the second part, the results of the research were included and suggestions were made.
